I think genre of the book is history I know this because it happened a long time ago. I think the main idea for page 7 is the tianic's length and how tall it is.

The genre of this book is historical nonfiction. I know this because this is historical and it is nonfiction. The main idea of this story so far is how the titanic was before it crashed.

I love your genre title of historical nonfiction. You are so specific about what this book is that I think we should call it a historical nonfiction book!

I think the genre of the book is a historical book, I know this because my teachers taut me what a ''Genre'' is and so since a genre means is a type of book, the Titanic is a historical book. I think the main idea is the Titanic was really big and people said it was ''unsinkable'',but those people were very wrong...it sunk on April 14th,1912.My opinion is the Titanic is very...and I mean very interesting.

Well,I think the Titanic is in the series of non-fiction because it tells true stuff about the Titanic and in the Titanic movie(which a movie I haven't watched before),there were made-up characters, also in the book the author made the story about the Titanic more true than the movie:)!

The main idea of the genre is the titanic going to so many countrys to get pepole and other things. But then they crahed into an iceburg and hundreds of people died.

I agree with you that the main idea of the Titanic is that there were many people and much cargo on the ship and that it crashed into an iceberg and hundreds of people died. You do not need to say the main idea of the genre. But it is interesting to think about how the genre impacts the main idea of a piece. We know this is an informational nonfiction genre. So, the main idea will be related to this information.
